  I get that they were not one of the participating St Patty's Day stores, even though the news said they were, but I was still disappointed that they didn't have the green doughnuts for St Patty's. Not too big of a deal, BUT what was a big deal is that I was the only one in line, for BOTH inside and drive thru, and it took 10 minutes to get a box of original (I was there at 6:38am). I wrote it off saying, "hell-at least they'll be hot.." NOPE, got them to my office and they sounded like pieces of glass rolling around in the box because they were so cold and hard. Literally like they had been in the refrigerator. With a reputation for GREAT soft/warm doughnuts, this franchised KK did not live up to what corporate wants to portray. Absolutely no reason to go here for $10/dozen for a less than mediocre doughnut. Seriously, they aren't good when they're refrigerated and hard. I'd rather have a King Soopers doughnut if that's the case. At least I know what to expect with them.

  My co-worker just brought in a box of KK doughnuts into the office from this Lone Tree location, and not only were they not green for St.Patricks Day (news channel mentioned Lone Tree was a participating location) but they were also NOT fresh and hard. Now we know never to come to this location again.

  My fiance has always talked about Krispy Kreme as a whole because I have never been. We drove from Colorado Springs to try it. He wanted us to have the fresh out of the fryer taste so we hung out for awhile. Devon had the greatest customer service. He was honest about wait time and nothing about him was scripted. He even made sure we had the freshest doughnuts! We will be back!

  The drive through is convenient but takes sooo long. They are pretty popular so they run out of flavors occasionally.
