  The atmosphere was terrific. It was a bit noisy for the intimate mood, but I still enjoyed the conversation with my spouse. I had the balsamic infused ribeye steak, it was fantastic. The balsamic definitely did not over power the steak and the steak itself was the most tender ribeye I've ever had. My wife's filet wasn't even as tender. Dessert took a little long to come out, but was well worth it. We shared the white chocolate brownie, which was heavenly and not too rich. All in all we were served a wonderful experience which is why we'll keep coming back.

  The food is great but very overpriced and very gourmet tasting. The white chocolate blondie is my favorite dessert. Worth the trip every time.

  Our experience was terrible. From the hostess who did not smile, or make eye contact, and shrugged when we said we had a reservation. To the 10 minute wait we had while 5 other tables were sat. To the waiter who seemed hopped up on drugs, caffeine, or I don't know what. Our food arrived in a reasonable time, was hot, presentable and delicious. Offering a vegetable would be nice. Offering a variety of non-alcoholic drinks would be nice as well. What was really a shame, was that not one person wished me a happy birthday.
  
  Even though our Open Table reservation was made with the birthday notation, and even though my husband told our waiter when I was in the restroom. Our dessert was not comped, and another server barely made eye contact, didn't say a word, and practically dropped my banana pie with a droopy candle on it. Not one happy birthday, nothing.
  
  Really disappointing. The entire restaurant staff needs a complete overhaul in training, especially the front desk staff as they are front of the house. Wish we went to Cheesecake Factory, where at least they sing happy birthday to you, comp a dessert, and try to make it special. My other thought while dining at White Chocolate is that we should have booked at Perry's across the way - a much higher level of service standard. I don't think we will be back here.

  My husband and I love this restaurant. We are from AZ where there is another WCG, so moving to Denver and finding out there was one here was very exciting for us. My husband loves the ribs. However, has found that every visit we make they are cooked differently. In AZ they are consistently always fall off the bone, never need a knife. Every visit here in Denver has been very inconsistent and most of the time they have not bene very 'fall off the bone' tender. Although, I will say the last visit he said they were perfect! We still love WCG though. Great happy hour too.
