The hostess was friendly and quick with my order. I purchased the $29.99 all you can eat (40 piece max). The chefs had my food out in under five minutes (2 separate orders, 20 and 18 pieces respectively). Ingredients were fresh. Rolls were prepared with less rice and more meat/fish/veg. Go for the Second Caterpillar Roll and the Tempura Calamari - both are extremely tasty. Even their California Roll was loaded with flavor and light on the rice! Each chef came over to ask about my meal. I interacted with about six different employees, and each one was polite and well spoken! Joy Sushi is a winner!August 08, 2016
